GTM Full Sprint
“Up to four workstreams, rebuilt in sequence — not four parallel projects running at once.”
The Problem This Solves
When the gap spans three or four workstreams at once, running them as separate engagements means redoing work as findings in one change the assumptions behind another. GTM Full Sprint rebuilds the revenue architecture as one phased engagement: Diagnosis, Build, Handoff.
Who It's For
Three or four interdependent workstream gaps, funded
Companies with three or four interdependent workstream gaps, real urgency, and budget to match — typically surfaced by a Diagnostic that found more than one weak workstream feeding the same underlying constraint.
Not the right engagement if:
Only one or two workstreams are genuinely involved — see Quick Start or GTM Dual Sprint, which are scoped and priced for that.
The need is for ongoing leadership running an existing system, not a bounded rebuild — that's Fractional CRO.
What Malcolm Does
Three phases: 2 weeks Diagnosis, 4 weeks Build, 2 weeks Handoff, with a midpoint checkpoint inside the Build phase. The fee is provisional at intake and reconciled only through a defined Change Order process if Diagnosis reveals something materially different from what was scoped — never renegotiated informally mid-engagement.
Engagement Structure
Duration: 6–8 weeks.
Fee: scoped and fixed at intake once the Scope Lock is signed.
Scope: up to four workstreams, named and justified at intake.
How It Connects
GTM Full Sprint is the full architecture rebuild — the largest bounded project before the work shifts from building the system to running it, which is Fractional CRO.
